Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Our curriculum is as highlighted by Virginia board of Nursing. Upon completion of our 140 hour program, Our school will issue graduates a certificate of completion. Graduates will then be eligible to take the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) License exam to receive their Certified Nurse Aide License (CNA) in Virginia. At CAGI, we help graduate to find jobs in their areas of interest which range from Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home Health, Assisted living, Group homes & many more.

CNA

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Our curriculum is as highlighted by Virginia board of Nursing. Upon completion of our 140 hour program, Our school will issue graduates a certificate of completion. Graduates will then be eligible to take the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) License exam to receive their Certified Nurse Aide License (CNA) in Virginia. Medication Aide (MA)

  1. To become a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) in Virginia, one must complete a 68-hour Medication Aide program approved by the Virginia State Board of Nursing (VBON), earn a Medication Aide certificate of completion, & pass the Virginia Board of Nursing competency examination for Medication Aides. 
  2. The Virginia Board of Nursing requires that a student have one of the following prerequisite options for the 68-hour Medication training:
  • 40-hour training in direct client care/ care worker from a training program approved by the Department of Social Services (DSS) or
  • a certificate of completion from a Virginia Board of Nursing-approved Nurse Aide program.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The PCA (Personal Care Aide) course provides basic training to work in healthcare. It is a flexible, 40-hour course that you can conveniently complete online at home or anywhere, allowing you to learn at your own pace. No need to worry about a state exam—this is a certificate program that qualifies you right away for entry-level positions in personal care.
